No separate consultation is required. Suitability checks and shade assessment are carried out at the start of your appointment.

Please arrive on time and ensure your digital consent form is completed before arrival. We may accommodate short delays, but arrivals more than 5 minutes late may forfeit the appointment and will not be eligible for a refund.

We allow one free reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Further changes may incur an administration fee at the discretion of management.

Yes. A £25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
